The dryer has been taking longer and longer so it was time. I called, got an estimate over the phone and the owners, Cannon and Sandra, came out as scheduled and actually called to ask if it was okay if they came early. I was impressed.

I had the best experience today. My dryer was constantly over heating and turning itself off, and I was very afraid of a house fire since I was pretty certain my vent needed to be cleaned. I called Dryer Vent Clean Pro here in Rio Rancho, and they were terrific.
